Srijan is a well-known cheater in Kolkata in the real estate segment. Don't buy flats from Srijan Or else you will blame you whole life for buying flats from Srijan. Still have doubts. Then pls visit Eternis, Eternia and other projects done by Srijan. But remember don't visit those flats along with Srijan's fraud management team. Talk to people, check the reviews, check with legal authorities how many charges are being reported by flat owners against Srijan.Then u will realize the fact. In short Srijan realty is a THIRD GRADED Real Estate DEVELOPER.

1. Project quality is pathetic. Within a year of handover, you will get the following:

a. Floor tiles are getting stained

b. Lift body is getting rusted

c. Lift lobby tiles are coming out

d. Lot of leakage issues in bathroom

e. Waste pipe leakages are everywhere, while walking through ground floor, you may notice it.

f. cracks and damps everywhere

g. 50% of the project will consist of gypsum or cement board and they never think of a sustainable project, which actually increases the maintenance cost of project and saves builder's money

1. Post Sales: -5 Star, once you buy the property, there is no body who will guide you. Post sales team of Srijan is so pathetic, that they will keep no means untouched to grab money from you in the term late payment fees, guarding fees etc, etc, etc. Even if during the possession you found lot of construction issues like void tiles, tiles coming out by two fingers, damps everywhere etc etc, and you refuse to pay them the final amount until it is fixed, they will not do there work for 6 months, and after that they will fix it and claim a late payment interest and guarding charges as well.

When SC already gave a verdict that builders cannot sell open parking, they are selling it like pro.

Verdicts: Say no to this cheater builder, they don' have any ethics. The only thing they can do is grab your hard earned money at any means.

Mark my words , stay away from srijan , me n my family suffering badly , bogus interest charges , no response , unprofessional , once stuck you will just regret , avoid eternia project as it’s very poor quality construction .

Eternis has a very unprofessional and rude team , quality of construction is very poor , lots of cracks and poor furnishing in their project , even owners never respond .
