We placed our trust in Sowparnika Builders, paid in full, and moved in, but after 8 years, we still haven't received the Occupancy Certificate (OC)!


Families are left in a difficult situation, unable to sell their apartments, access proper utilities, or find peace of mind. Meanwhile, Sowparnika continues to sell new projects while leaving existing customers without resolution.


Homebuyers, please be cautious! Do not rely on this builder. It is time for BBMP and RERA to take action to prevent more people from facing the same issues.
