I had consulted somani realtors for a flat in New Town Area. I have to admit, their team is quite helpful. They had explained me every thing in detail. Even they have followed up with me time to time and was giving me updates. one can easily go through Somani realtors for property purchase without second thought.

I would not recommend any property through Somani. They promise the buyers anything and later deny that. I have suffered a lot while buying a property in Patuli.


I shall suggest not to fully rely on any verbal communications and check the agreement copy before even giving application/booking amount because that won't be refunded at all. Money is precious and all hard earned remember.

Think about the difficulties that we face while purchasing a land/flat/apartment/complex.


I too faced the same for 2 years on stretch, but at last all such problems ended. I got "SOMANI REALTORS" address, went to their office. I consulted with them regarding my ideas, where I felt like purchasing a flat. The things turned totally different what I faced previously for 2 years.
