Builder is a fraud. BEWARE! Save your hard earned money. I have booked an apartment in Sikka Kaamya Green in the years 2023. I made all the required payment. But after taking the payment builder is not releasing the allotment letter and BBA.

Builder has increased the size by 100 Sq.Ft. without any consent from buyers and demanding more money.

The builder has issued a demand letter citing an increase in the unit size by approximately 100 sq. ft without obtaining the consent of the buyers. Additionally, they are demanding payment without providing the Occupancy Certificate(OC). Kindly advise on how to file a complaint with RERA against this builder so that appropriate legal action can be taken.

I booked the flat in Sikka Kamya Greens in 2014(Amber Tower). I was told that posession will be given in 2018 and we are already in 2025. I have paid almost 25 lacks and still do not see any light for project getting completed soon. Builder has been raising new demand however dodging the question on exact delivery timelines. On top have sent me flat termination letter now which is outrageous and shocking. Is there any buyer group for Sikka Kamya Greens where we can jointly take some legal action against the builder

I also have house in jolly tower in sikka kamna, we booked our home 2011 and still have not got our home. We have payed 90% payment already and still waiting for our home. We visited the site in Dec 2022 and they said it will just take 2 months and by looking the site it will take atleast 1 year We have pics and videos also. We did live in delhi and it's very hard for us visit again and again. We are getting letter from builder to pay rest of the money or they will cancel the allotment, we have suffered enough. What should we all do to fight with this situation. They are asking for unnecessary charges that we did own. Kindly advice what to do in this situation.

The builder is fraud and most of its project are stucked and Kaamya Greens is no exception. This project was launched in 2014 but still only 40% of work is completed so you can imagine the situation of the project.

I have booked a flat with Sikka Karnam Greens in Sec 10 Greater Noida in 2017. My booking was in Ruby Tower, 801. They committed to deliver the project by the end of Dec 2019. Days passed, months and years but the project is as dead as it was when in 2017. No signs of progress. In Oct 2019 they asked me that the project might get delayed so would you mind if you shift to nearby project of Sikka ie Sikka Kaamya Greens which is adjacent to the Karnam. I agreed as they said this would get delivered within a year. Same issues, same problem, no signs of development. I have hundreds of people in a group who're facing the same issues. We tried talking to builder, went to Sikka office in Preet Vihar, and they are adamant not to help…In case you're planning to invest in Sikka, Big NO from me…Just ask them about the projects which I mentioned… They're fraud.don't waste your hard-earned money. They are making fixed deposits from our hard-earned money, and we're paying EMI's.

Sikka is not giving it's projects on time. They are far far behind from the assured possession date. Think twice before investing in Sikka Group projects.

The builder has been delaying the construction and not even returning the money. No one is ready to help. They are just asking for more and more money from the buyers and are not completing the project . So now we don’t have a home to stay and neither we have money to buy another house

This Builder is good as compared to other Builders. The Sikka Group are working on their projects.And they are trying to complete their projects. The Sikka Group have a good customer service and staff courtesy is also ok.The Buyers are happy and it is creating a sense of goodwill among buyers for Sikka Group. The ongoing work of Sikka Group on its different projects and its good customer service makes it different from others.

Sikka group is a trustworthy developer that offers homes with amazing facilities at reasonable prices. As suggested by one of my friend, I am looking forward to my home with them.
