New Tenant Horrible Experience

The society is holding up our tenant approval inspite of submitting numerous documents because they don't know what the process is and what documents are required. I am paying rent and cannot get keys. He owner took deposit and rent but now wants no part of facilitating anything. I cannot contact them and the brokerage is protecting them. I am an NRI and this is why foreigners don't invest, do business or want anything to do with Indian organizations. Oh. BTW I had to pay the society 3, 500 to get permission to move in. I think they want more bribes. It is appalling and shameful when the country is trying so hard to be recognised in the world. Too bad it cannot rise to the standard. The broker is useless unfortunately.

Falls promises. No possession yet. The possession date was supposeto be dec 2020. Its over 1year 4months. Communication is only when we call the executives from our side. It was promised that OC will be acquired in april 2022. Still no OC. Do not invest with these builders.

No 1 devloper this redevelopment project fast devloped. that y leakages other wise project 1st class

Absolutely no clarity on Possession status

So, the flat registration of Epsilon happened in Dec 2020.


Lots of "verbal" assurances that though RERA deadline is Sep 2021, possession will be given much ahead of that. Reputed brand and all those points given.


The reality:

  1. Horrendous experience of the last 9 months. Absolutely no communication ....not a single one....from builder on status of construction or possession.

  2. We are now into Oct 2021 and no visibility of when possession will be given

  3. I am having to beg SD corp every single month on status of possession and yet no clarity. Last response from SD corp (in July 2021) was "we are aligned to give possession in sep 2021"....

Shocking experience and i feel quite foolish for having gone with the reputation of the builder.


While I am hoepful that possession will be given soon and that quality of the flat etc will be of decent quality, the last 9 months have been a very traumatic experience with the builder.
