The biggest drawback of this project is its tight footprint; everything is built on a smaller land parcel, so you don’t really get the open spaces or breathing room you generally require, and for someone used to larger buildings or wider amenities, it'll definitely feel a bit on the congested side. Even the units, while cleverly designed, are still compact compared to what you’d find in the suburbs. It’s great for working professionals, but not ideal for families with kids wanting spacious corners.

Millennia’s location alone is a huge advantage, and Parel does make commuting ridiculously easy, whether you’re travelling by train, cab, or even walking to nearby spread offices. The internal design is compact but neatly optimized, and the finishing inside the homes is surprisingly good for the segment. Common areas feel well-maintained, and the security staff is professional and responsive at the time of assistance. It’s a very “city-life made easy” kind of home, and moving here will be the best decision you'll ever make.
