While Runwal 7’s design looks impressive, the price tag feels inflated compared to similar offerings in Lower Parel or Worli. The maintenance charges are expected to be steep, and for many, that’ll be a dealbreaker. Their sales staff seemed too pushy; instead of giving me clarity, they focused more on closing the deal. Unless you’re fine paying a premium purely for postcode prestige, this one’s hard to justify logically.
