This is a totally fack, don’t get into trap of property agents that project is on track now, it’s under court monitoring and all. It’s a complete fraud company from head to toe. I am struggling to get refund of only 1 lakh rs which I gave to developers for holding the units till I decide. The moment I withdraw their rules suddenly got changes for refund from 15 days to 90 days. I am still struggling for my refund. There is no proper management, all unprofessional staff sitting who doesn’t reply to your mail, pick your call after 5-6 calls, tell you to keep waiting and hang up. It’s a clear case of customer exploitation. I don’t know which court and authority monitors what in making these developers accountable. They are also incapable of bringing any improvement.
