Living in this community has been extremely disappointing so far. Despite flashy promises during the sales phase, the reality is far from what was committed.

1. Delayed and Incomplete Amenities: Even after handover, many key amenities are still not completed. Yet, full maintenance charges are being levied without justification.

2. Severe Water Issues: There's already a serious water crisis. The community is heavily dependent on water tankers and builders without even discussing with owners chrging extra even after taking taking hefty maintainance amount(4rs per sq ft). Water quality is extremely poor and affecting health of residents already.

3. False Commitments: Sales and CRM teams gave misleading assurances about water availability and amenities. Post-sale, their responsiveness has dropped to zero. for example. They promised complete greenery and landscaping for phase 2 which is not implemented as per the brochure. After sales they are coming up with excuses such as ambulance can not move and all. then on wat basis they are saying its premium community. Complaints are ignored or brushed aside.

4. Unhygienic Living Conditions: Mosquito and rat infestations are common as construction workers sheds are kept like tat itself from past 4 months, making the environment unsafe and unhealthy. These basic sanitation issues are being neglected.

5. Facility Management is Arrogant and Inefficient: The FM team is unprofessional, arrogant, and shows little to no accountability. Residents concerns are either delayed or outright ignored. No proper ETA is followed.

6. CRM and Entire Management are Unreliable: There's a clear pattern of mismanagement, false commitments, and zero transparency. It feels like the entire setup is fooling customers and owners after collecting their money. After sales support from management is extremey poor.

Overall, what was marketed as a premium community has turned into a daily struggle for residents. Strongly advise potential buyers or tenants to verify everything in writing, take legal bond for the promised amenities and think twice before investing in their future projects or blindly committing by their sales person words.
