There is new story, Now Rama group build shopping mall inside society without society members concern and now this is going to be more headech to society members, , because all outside people will come inside as there are shops inside society, , I think this is worst thing rama group done in their prestigious project, , this ia shameful project now.I challenge there is no single flat in society who don't have water cepage(water leakage in walls) problem, , people spent 5000 to 43000 in one flats but water leakage ia not stopping, , withing 8 years this is story, , worst construction quality.Worst quality of construction.

One of the worst builder in PCMC. I bought flat 4 years back but still PARKING ALLOTMENT NOT DONE.

THEY SAID GARDEN SPACE WILL BE 20000SQFT BUT A TINY GARDEN PROVIDED.

JUST READ THERE BROCHURE AND EXPALANATION ABOUT EACH ACTIVITY THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE.

FALSE CLAIM ON THEIR BROCHURE BUT REALITY IS VERY PATHETIC.

DONT BUT HIS FLAT.

After 3 years of purchase in P1 building Swiss county we still have not got allocation of parking no solar system, no electricity bill payment which leads to power cut by mane and many more such incidents. Top of that builder never told us abt TDS that needs to be paid to government which builder took as a pArt of total value from us but filled the TDS late which leads to penalty of around 27k. Now because of their ignorance I have to pay thi much amount and nobody from builder side responding.Just like cowards. Be aware from this builder they will say that no we don't Ny issue u no na there arw few people in every society which do purposely like that and theZe are same statements they said to us and we got trapped.

IF you want to fool yourself with the help of a greedy builder you should go and invest with RAMA group.

They will present project very well, and once you have paid full money, they will treat you all like dogs on streets, eat away society money and won't leave a penny for you.

They have expertise in scamming in almost all departments of making a flat and you will be clueless.

My last warning to you all is to beware, go with any other builder, not this.
