The community is big but my landlord was very cruel and cunning. I stayed in Allegro block house number 503 (owner name Ashish Gupta). After first year itself he increased the rent to 20% more in spite of mentioning 7% in the rental agreement stating that I entered during covid (his landlord did that hike to him so he wanted to implement the same rule on me). There is no empathy left in this world. Landlord even charged me for the cloth dryer stating that he had installed a new one. This guy never shared any repair expenses. I got the bird net and mosquito mesh installed for my own safety. I have a toddler and was forced/ threatened to leave the house in 13 days in spite of the one month notice rule mentioned in my agreement. He had already found a new tenant and did not want to miss the higher rent. I would have legally handled this person but I have a better work to do in my life ahead. Please be cautious to choose your landlord. Never ever choose this kind of a landlord. Even before I stepped out of his house, he purposely sent his team to start geyser servicing and painting services. The geyser servicing guy spoilt the entire bathroom and I could not use it. Ethics please?

Pros: huge community, good amenities for kids, b2b events for festivals, Central location near metro

Cons: urea factory smell often, traffic, main road vehicle sound, frequent kitchen drain leakages, very frequent water seepage issues especially in kitchen utility (I have had drain issues nearly 12 times in a year).

Me and my friends were sold apartments as good investment options. Not only did we lose money, the exorbitant charges on transfer and assignment made it worse. Besides, had to literally plead them over months to complete the transaction after having a buyer at discounted prices. Pathetic client service

My suggestion to the puravankara to stop looting money from the people in the name of Quality homes which is really not worth it.

My suggestion for the buyers who buying in puravankar zenium please think thrice to invest your hard earned money for that locality which is really a waste.

Collected maintenance for year without giving to association.

Hi All,

I never seen such a unprofessional people handling such project in Puravankara.

I have been advised to pay 1 lakh to block unit and agreed to deliver unit in 2 year. After blocking they will send mail to agree that construction will be delayed 6-8 months, if we disagree they will say like we will cancel your blocking and they will not reach you for refund. I have paid 1 lakh in the month of April, till now they haven't refunded my amount.

However they telling it under progress till June now no one is responding to call and mail even CRM team.

Anyone know how to escalate.
