We booked 3bhk with covered car parking. The ccp costs 3.5 lakhs. The overall purchase was 1.05 crore. During our visits and meets with the sales team, we have asked about where our car parking will be several times. The team assured with words that the car park is below the building and they showed us several spots below the building. They said why to worry about the car park as it is mentioned in the sales deed. After booking also many times we have asked this, but they started saying some or the other excuses and began to pass on responsibility to other members in their team. At the end, after we received the key, they are sending an mail stating that your car park is allotted 6 buildings away, across the street in another compound. We were devastated by this, as we are daily dependent on a car to get out of this Purva campus. The campus is very far from the main road with mud road access, no busses or share autos. With car parking so far away, every day before work we have to walk 15 mins at least to reach our car and the same in the evening. In case of any emergency, how are we going to get our car?

We went and spoke to them several times regarding this issue, but they will speak rudely, stating that there is only limited parking below each building which is already allotted to customers from 2013.

If only we had known this before purchase we would have never gone with Purvankara, as there are several projects coming up in the nearby areas. They attract people with the terms luxury, and amenities but the reality is everyday living is total hell here. In the end, they gave an option of a semi car park near to our building, but they will not refund any money for the covered car park that we have already paid. moreover, the changes in sale deed to semi car park also requires money which will be borne by the customer.

Without proper car parking, they are cheating and looting people. Till key handover they didn't give the slightest hint there is no car park near our buildings. Even though people are living here from a few yrs now the clubhouse is not fully developed and no maintenance is happening. They will give excuses regarding the swimming pool each time. After paying above 1 crore the end result is disheartening.

After paying 3.5 lakhs for the car park we have to take an auto or lift from others going in that direction to reach our car. Now we are in a trap with no way out.

We have moved into our apartment in this fantastic society a few days back and we are loving every bit of it. I wake up every morning to a lovely view from my bedroom window and that makes my day. I do not have to go out anywhere for workouts as we have a gym in the vicinity itself. The playground zones are great for the children and we do not have to worry much as the gate is properly secured. We love the fact how our relatives are always in envy with us when they visit us.

I have been staying in one of the apartments in Purva Palm Beach for quite some time and my family has been spending a really good time here. There have been many guests who have paid a visit to us just to have a look at this beach-themed project and were amazed by the amenities here. Even a few of them got so much amazed that they decided to book their apartments here. In a nutshell, we are enjoying every bit of life here while staying in peace.

We chose Purva Palm Beach due to its connectivity in the very first place. Some of the major schools and business parks are in close proximity. Also, the airport is quite close that is increasing the worth of this property with each passing year. Apart from the connectivity, the apartment also offers several facilities within such as a barbeque party deck, multiple clubhouses, and many others. Most importantly, it offers a feeling of being at a beach resort with its wave pool, Koi pool, white sand courts, and others.

Purva Palm Beach will give you the best experience and that's the reason behind their success. Their support staff is very good.

When it is about a luxurious apartment, Purva Palm Beach is the option that we loved the most and finally bought it. The spacious living room and the functional kitchen are something that every guest at our place talks about. Apart from this, the bedroom is my personal favorite due to the natural light that comes and the amazing view that I have from this room. Even outside the apartment, having a walk through the beautiful walkway or through the bridge across the lagoon is a pleasing experience. Our kids love to play different games at the beach volleyball court, cricket pitch, and also many indoor game rooms.

The beach-themed project is something that will keep you refreshed in the midst of the hectic schedule and hustle and bustle of this busy city. The apartment complex is located right in the middle of everything, with all amenities available for the residents. The airport is close by and is perfect for my husband, who frequently travels for work. The gated community has secured and helpful staff, all ready to help you whenever you need it. I do not have to think twice before sending my kids down to play in the play areas with other kids. My neighbours are all very friendly, and we enjoy ourselves a lot during different festivities together. You won’t regret buying a home here!

I had lived in Bengaluru for a while before I moved to the US. Now that my visa is expiring, I want to shift to Bengaluru and was looking for a flat. One of my friends in Bengaluru suggested Purvankara properties. I went through their website looked at some of their upcoming and ready to move in projects. I am happy to say that they are one of the best I have seen so far and truly match the high standard of living I was expecting. I have already started negotiating for a 3BHK flat I like and looking forward to closing the deal soon.

I was looking for a 2 BHK flat in Bengaluru for a while now, and there was nothing that caught my attention. I had liked a few, but my wife didn’t felt they were right. I came across an ad for Purva Palm Beach located in Hennur Road and decided to check it out. The vast AC lobby, along with other amenities such as gym, swimming pools, jogging track, party area, games area and others, were nothing I have seen before. The apartment that I saw an ample amount of natural light and had a beautiful view of the city’s skyline. I am already in talks with the developers Puravankara and have scheduled a visit with my wife and kids.

This place has been my home from last 6 months and each days has passed like few minutes! It is so beautiful living here! The palm tree view I get from my balcony is mesmerising and the place is so peaceful that it rejuvenates my soul.

We have been living here and all we can say is, that Purva has pulled off a great task this time! With exotic beach themed indulgences nestling in dedecated land, this place is amazing in every aspect.

After looking atleast 5-10 properties, we decided to go for this place as it offers most diverse amenities, planned inrastructure and most importantly unmatched security! The rooms are spacious and well ventilated.

Since we have a large joint family, I was looking for some place where we all can stay together and have fun and this place has proven to be a dream come true for all of us! The community is well maintained and planned and have huge parks to play and roam.

Since I have my Bank nearby, Windermere is a good place to call home! 5 mins drive giving me ample time to spend with my family.
