First of all the communication of Purvankara sales team isn't proper. They mislead me saying it was a pre launch project and according to that I paid advance booking of 5 lkhs in October 23. At the time of allocation the RM informed me that the project was started in 2022 that completed 3rd slab and immediately asked to pay 55% of project value. For which I cancelled the allocation and asked for the refund. They had a delay of the refund of 2 months and on top of that 22nd December 23 they gave me the cheque amount of Rs 4, 98, 702/- after deducting the so called "bank charges".

Please be careful while booking the project with Purvankara.
