Two of my friends had booked a flat in Purva Zenium, and I have been looking for flats myself. After repeated recommendations from them, I decided to go take a look. Their model flats were completely set up, and it was like a dream! All modern facilities are available within the complex. I took my wife to visit the place, and she loved it too. We signed the papers today !

Close to Electronic City phase -1 and the upcoming metro work near Kudlu Gate, this project is a dream project for many. The amenities are up to date and with large spacious apartment complex, this can be termed as the perfect gateway to the world of enhanced ambience and luxury. My sister-in-law might be moving to this place next year as they stay in BTM Layout Phase-2 as of now and this is nearby to them. My brother works for Tech mahindra in Jigani area and Purva Westend will be just a few kilometers from there. On the whole, I am super impressed with their choices.

I was fool to invest inPurva Waves where their USP was beach theme and several other amenities. They charged us bomb for all these but failed to provide basic amenities even. They made big promises on providing water from different sources but their only source is tanker and borewells that they promise is only on papers. There's no Bescom connection as well. In fact there's civil work still in progress and they have started charging residents for maintenance. In a way they are using maintenance money to complete the civil work. They dont deserve class A builder and people shouldn't be fool by their sales team sweet talks. After you have paid them, they are not interested in delivering what they have committed. One of my worst decision to invest in them.

Recently moved in from a different state to Bangalore and did house searching for close to 2 years before decided to invest on Purva Palm Beach. definetly great amenities in plan, little expensive but agreed to invest considering the amenities and proximity to schools and offices.

Day 1 of my Booking: It was red carpet welcome to me. There were multiple sales person trying to get the unit sold. I gave the booking amount cheque to them. They said without 2 days, I will get a call from Purva CRM and they will welcome you to Purva family and will take over.

Day 10 of my Booking: I got a call from Purva number saying I need to make payment for 85% since it is ready to move in. Thats how I got welcomed to this family. After me explaining them I never got a call, they said, it is 1300 customers so they might have missed. CRM person was very casual and conversed with me like a Government office in India.

Day 15 of my Booking: I wanted to visit my flat so that Interior person can take measurement. They said till registration is over, they wont allow anyone.

Day 20 of my Booking: I sent a mail asking for few questions like when we will have EB connection, When I get EB meter, When A Khatha Transfer will happen, When I will get Car Park. A standard reply from them is we will get back to you.

Day 30 of my booking: By this I got added to owners group and got to know about many problems, unfulfilled promises, hiked infra charges and much more.

I am a very positive person and liked to solve many problems. We can work among owners and solve many problems. But CRM team has to be cooperative. They are very rude, never answer to the qn and makes us run from pillar to post. I have made lot of real estate investment across and never came across such cheap behaviors. Till you pay booking amount, you are the king after that you are at their mercy.

We had a bad experience. buying home from Purvankara. The home loan team was very unprofessional and did not guide us through the procedure.

BEWARE OF BUYING FROM THE PURVANKARA GROUP!

During the possession time they will suddenly inform you that they have slapped late interest charges even though all payments made by the bank are paid on time! - they are unable to provide even the basis of the claim or the break up - just give you a lumpsum and go on harrassing you for the payment

we thought that Purvankara was a professional ethical group but they are not!

If you have a choice go with another better builder else you will face the same issues as us!

Have bought a property from Purva recently and the expereince has been great no hidden clauses, on time delivery and 247 assistance.
