I'm sorry to say that my experience at PBEL City Apartments has been really bad. The place is just too big, making it hard to get around. The monthly maintenance fees are way too high for what you get. The rules they have are just ridiculous and make life difficult for people who live here and pay those fees. The management is too controlling and doesn't let residents have any say. There are hardly any shops nearby, except for one supermarket and a few others. The parking situation is also a nightmare because the project is spread over 25 acres, making it complicated and inconvenient for residents.

Adding to the frustration, sometimes the tap water comes out really dark, causing a lot of inconvenience to the residents. And the security and community management are the worst people ever. They don't care about how residents feel or the suffering caused by bad maintenance. And there are some seepage issues as well. They try to fix it with mseal. Overall, it's not a good place for families who want to live comfortably.

I am the resident of Pbel city despite I am posting these comments, quality of construction is very poor. most of the apartments have seepage issues since couple of years. and the builder is not able to resolve them, please be careful befpre buyimg

This community has been buzzing loud inspite of being far from hitech city.

I moved in here as tenant with an intention of buying one day.

When I see other reviews sounds like most wrote review to vent their anger.Never seen any happy resident giving review.

Guess that's selfishness.

I will try to put my feedback as things past in last years . Please read through the end.

1. Started with a shock of a kid fatality due to negligence on electric wiring. Got lot of attention and not only did I see minutest detail being corrected but also other communities taking similar measures. Personally I I know worst incidents in ohter societies but they didn't catch media attention.

Vendors chnaged in maintenance and security, external audits done, org body chnaged and vigilance doubled. Its been uptight since then.

1. 2019 Has been upward with lot of rain water harvesting , lake rehabilitating, cycling tracks, sports training introduced, in all a lot more awareness.PBel hosted the grandest ever republic day parade showing the diversity of population living here.

HMWSSB Pipelinework finalized. Pbel will never have water crisis for future .

1. 2020 Though it hit all bad the pandemic was taken very seriously here. Then came the torrential rains. Parking partially flooded and they realized flaws in drainage from outside waterlike lake and neighbouring JNURM colony . All fixed in2 months and now the lake looks fuller than ever . The lockdown rules were resented by many andfinally its become the new normal.Masking at adequate times no big gatherings. Celebrations mellowed. Balcony talent show replaced stage functions and parties .

2. 2021 I finally got my new flat possesion and see its price gone up by 20 lac. Which is good sign of investment also .

I think with so muchbhappening around PBEL

Will be peaceful best for atleast another 10 years.

I lived here for almost 3 years, they charge hefty amount for unknown reasons. Electricity charges are un believable, even if you are out of station, they will charge you around 5000 minimum. Move in charge, move out charge blah blah. Not recommended for rent or purchase

It’s like living in concrete jungle. Where no one is safe. People are made to live in apartments where the work is still not over and because of there neglect one kid got killed.

Dirty set of people.....

Stay away if you want your family to be safe.....

They have also removed all reviews from google.....

Its the worst place and worst builder.. Thousands of concerns.. They are the killers.. One boy of 6 years got electrocuted and still people were busy in blame game.. Even for solving a minute issue we have to shout and cry.. Dog poooop is everywhere.. Elderly are prone to accidents because of potholes

I have moved to pbel 5 months back I am renting

This place is big mess

There is construction of 2 more towers are going on. These construction folks work from 7 am to 11 pm 7 days a week

The noice is horrible to bear kids can not concentrate

Water quality is not good

My advice is do not move in to pbel till construction is complete I think it may take anther couple of years
