Problem

  1. Water issue: in the hands of builder and you are in mercy of builder to get water.

  2. Swimming pool hardly works

  3. Gym not working since last 6-8 month since builder did not pay electricity bill

  4. Bunch of stray dogs in the society no body is there to remove them

  5. Garbage is thrown inside

  6. No service lift in the buildings

  7. Rent are extremely high comparative to nearby society

  8. DG never work

  9. Flat were sold on the name of automation - which is totally failure.!

  10. Builder has left several uncompleted work even after 6 years of completion of the flat.!

I am a resident in Marvel Fria society. They have totally failed to provide even the necessary services like Water, Power backup.


In the difficult time when the world is fighting with Corona and we should wash our hands regularly, we don’t have water in our building to carry out the daily activities.


On enquiring the Maintainence person and plumber misbehaved(Mr. Atish)and getting over aggressive giving threats to residents.

Does not pay the outstanding salary of the ex-employees for long time. Mine not cleared even after 1 year of myself getting released. Have mailed more than dozen times, tried to call uncountable times, but both the CEO Mr. Vishwajeet Jhavar and his HR Team does not responded to it. The CEO is a big fraud and is also cheating its customers. All the projects are extremely delayed. Lenders be cautious, it might be a bad asset for you.
