It's an excellent property in terms of luxury and all the amenities you can think of. It's also well connected to the national highway, and you can also enjoy the view of Aravali hills from your balcony anytime you want.

I have booked a 3BHK for my family in the M3M marina in Gurgaon sector 68 and what I love the most about it is how spacious it is. Apart from the flats, the property also has several amenities like a pool, gym and garden, which I can enjoy with my family after I start living here. Plus, it's north-facing, so it makes me very happy, too.

M3M Escala has great design aesthestics - high ceilings, spacious layouts, plenty of natural light and ventilation. Common areas are very well-maintained.

3-side open apartments is the best feature of this property. The location is premium. The lift corridors are so spacious. Haven't seen it in any other property.

Wow, this is the property I had my eyes on since the beginning. It is so spacious and the amenities are top-notch. The location makes it perfect for me as my office is nearby.
