I recently purchased a ready possession flat in Pune at KUL Ecoloch, Mahalunge, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! The entire process, from site visits to final possession, was smooth and hassle-free.

The location is perfect, offering a peaceful environment while still being close to the city and key areas like Hinjewadi and Baner. The construction quality is excellent, and the amenities provided make everyday living comfortable and convenient.

I cannot stress enough how highly I regard Kumar Builders, one of the famous builders in Pune. When another contractor quit, they graciously took on my challenging project. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The team clearly explained what was being done, when it was being done, and why, ensuring that I knew the job was being done correctly. The communication was unmatched—I'll actually miss their updates! In addition to excellent communication, the work was completed on schedule. Everyone who worked there was considerate and diligent. Kumar Builders is an amazing builder, and I can only speak positively about them. I'll gladly utilize them again in the future, and I'm grateful to have connected with such a respectable business and the wonderful people who run it. I am really happy with the above par facilities I have got along with the flat. Everything seems so thoughtfully designed. I will highly recommend Kumar builders for their excellent services. They are known as the best builders in Pune for a reason. Totally go for it.

I booked flat in phase 2, with 50% downpayment in 2014 and Builder promised possesion in 2016. But it’s 2018 and NO construction is going on.

Most likely builder is bankrupt or planning on cheating big time.

As government is rediculous and helps only builders, this is painful experience.
