I have been living in JP North Aviva in Mira Road for more than 8 months, and then left it due to its poor construction and parking issues. I shifted here due to my job change, thinking it's a new building, so I don't need to face any common problems related to water shortages, leakage, and moisture. However, just three months into living, I noticed the tiles were getting cracked due to poor fitting. Also, the management is subpar, and there is no parking allotted for tenants. And when I thought to speak regarding it, the management started misbehaving and talking rudely. I wont suggest either purchasing or renting an apartment in this complex, but rather suggest that you look for other good properties available at a comparatively lower price with all the lifestyle amenities available, even for tenants.

I would love to share my review of JP North Aviva, having lived there for more than eight months. The complex is worth living in as it offers great lifestyle amenities at an affordable price. It was the first time I shifted to such a complex with great facilities, and I was so happy; the management and the residents were really good and cooperative. It was like my second family, and the rent was also affordable compared to other residential complexes in the locality. Everything was good, but I left due to my job change. I highly recommend this excellent place to those searching for a good residential option in Mira Road.

I paid the full amount including maintenance now the CRM started asking me 190000 how to deal with this can any one help me out please it fells really frustrating. The staff is too rude once you paid the amount . Please some one help me

JP Infra will eat up all your money. CRM team doesn't co ordinate with you and keep adding days in delay in disbursement.

At the time of possession, they will claim amount in Lakhs in delayed payment.

I had given token for an inventory but was informed later that there was a mistake at their end and was given another inventory.

My biggest mistake was to invest in JP Infra.
