Review on Jhamtani Ace Augusta, Hinjewadi, Pune

I have booked flat in Ace Augusta Hinjewadi in Dec 2015.I got possession in 2020 whereas possession date was 2018.It was promised basic amenities like club house, gym and sky longue but even after 2 years of possession there are no amenities. We are hearing reason that when we booked the flat the governing body was different and now it is different but this is not true because people booked flat in 2021 were also promised the same. We are left with no other option than living without amenities. Please do not play with customer emotions. There are some feelings associated when we buy home. Please think twice before investing your hard earned money. Sales person promise lot of good things and make you feel you will have your dream home but reality will be completely different
