The biggest drawback to booking with them is the affordability, because pricing is steep for the configuration on offer. While the project claims luxury status, it is the actual construction progress that feels slow, with possession already a few years away. The traffic near Mulund station needs no introduction, and during peak hours, it just keeps getting worse. I’d call this an investment for those with patience and budget depth, but not ideal if you’re in a hurry to move in.
