Recently I was told by Sneha that the excess amount will be refunded to my account and the Bank's cheque was submitted and now she is telling it cant.

I understand the process but to notify that she took more than a week and didn't even bother to update me . kept disconnecting my call. o response in email. Very rude behaviour. Such behaviour isn't expected from Godrej employee. being a customer I am very disappointed.

The team from Godrej who are managing and maintaining Godrej24 property is cheating and are looting people. They don't share the escalation matrix to report any issues to upper management.

1. After taking handover, they forcibly asking money to allow owners to start the interiors at their own house. Means I have to pay money to Godrej to start my interiors at my own apartment which I already bought, registered from Godrej.

2. Godrej already started the maintenance charges irrespective owners taken handover or not but is not enabling the amneties as promised in their brochuer while selling the apartment.

3. Godrej already taken onetime clubhouse membership fee with apartment total cost and now asking huge amount of 6 - 10k for maintenance if hosted a private party, i mean 6 k is too much for just cleaning after party.

4. Godrej definitely taken amount from Airtel to not allow any other broadband / DTH service providers to Godrej24 due to which only airtel is operating now at their monopoly service. When other competitors are reaching out Godrej management team for providing NOC these guys either keep some unfulfillable demand or just do not respond them.

5. The RMs provided to help and guide customers with the queries never responds and if responds they would just say "we are in training" not sure than why they are RMs. Even there manager don't respond and keeps his phone switch off all the time.

6. So many issues at Godrej. We trusted Godrej as a brand and bought apartment here burning our savings but am very disappointed with the responses and unwilliness to make things right.

7. Godrej does all false promises in their brocheur just to sell the property later, you are going to very disappointed and there is no contact or email address to escalate to senior management. They knowingly don't share so that you feel helpless and keep burning your pockets.

DO NOT BUY ANY PROPERTY FROM GODREJ AS THEY ARE DOING FRAUD IN NAME OF AMNETIES AND SERVICES..
