Recently I had booked the unit at Gagan Adira as they promised to hand over the possession till December 2027. But when I received the agreement draft, I was shocked to see the possession date as mentioned 31.03.2029. when asked to them about the same they totally denied to agree that they had not communicated the date to me which was mentioned in agreement draft. I understood that there is some kind of misrepresentation and breach of trust by the builder. Hence I have cancelled the unit. I am requesting you all who are going to purchase the flats anywhere please be aware and read the agreement draft carefully.
