Highly unethical company, Never buy from them

I bought a commercial space from them in 2022 start. They collected 90% of the sale value in around 1 year from me by just erecting some structure and then took their own sweet time to complete the project. In Nov 2024 they completed the project. When we followed up on why the project is moving slow, we were told check your sale agreement we will deliver the project in Oct 2024.

At the time of registration, they again collected one year's advance maintenance at a rate of 10/sqft and without informing us, started the maintenance from Aug 2024. When asked why Aug 2024, you started the maintenance, the response was that BESCOM was connected. So even when the project was not complete and the BESCOM connection was not given to shops, they still started maintenance. To date, AC is not operational. Lifts not working for 3 weeks, Toilets on 2nd floor are closed, hardly any cleaning done in the name of HK.

Their super build-to-carpet conversion is also very low. Check the sale agreement for the payment schedule carefully. Never buy from them.
