I worked as a Quantity surveyor at this unethical company for 2 years, and the quality of the building is poor as per any company standards and they cover up cracks and faults extensively before handing over to make it look pretty and this company has a very low paying job. I would not recommend u to purchase or work at this company. I would have put a 0 star but does not allow.

Guys, when you visit this place and before finalize your decision of a purchase, please have a close look on the premises. You will see a drainage just behind the compound wall which will mostly be invisible due to the plants that block the flow and also the tall compound wall. Builder will not disclose this to you. Check with the neighbouring apartments about the stinking smell that comes out during rainy seasons. If you are ready to bear the health hazards by spending your hard earned money only by seeing the name CONCORDE, plase think twice. Pricing is on the high and also very less open space and amenities.

2) Quality is good for the price you pay

I had a great experience with concorde group . I already have one apartment in Concorde Manhatthans and planning to invest in Concorde Auriga as I am sure that it will also be a great project. I would personally recommend Concorde Group.

I found that the best builder offering less price for flats in Bangalore that is Concorde Group. They are constructing very good flats for the people who are seeking to buy their dream flats. When I found Concorde Hill Crest here in Chikkaballapur. Surprisingly close to a lot of places like schools and great universities near by. I won't have to worry about my childrens' commute distances for study. I won't have to worry about my father's physical conditions, since a lot of hospitals around and such a great atmosphere all around.

The Concorde group is the one of best builders in banglore in nowadays, the building quality, the amenties they are providing for the price is awesome.Each villa has plenty of space for one to relax in his own personal space and in additional you are in vicinity of major IT corridor.I loved it!

Project offers plenty of benefits that includes comfortable and lavish lifestyle, great amenities, healthy surroundings, direct connectivity to nearly all other major points in and around Bangalore.I loved the apartment here with great environment and surroundings.
