We have booked a 2 BHK flat in CCI Project Wintergreen Rivali Park in 2013. We were supposed to get possession in 2016. It has been 8 years since we book the flat, no sign of Fire NOC, possession and handover even after 6 years... The builder is a highly procrastinator and laid back... He doesn’t understand any timelines... In 8 years, he has sbown us our flat only twice... He has a bunch of sales support people who keep lying on project updates... He himself never meets customers... Whenever, we ask for site visit he employes hooligans to intimidate us... Basically, not a builder, he used to run a cable company, doesn’t have any experience in real estate management and building construction... Highly intimidating... 10s and 100s of cases pending in Rera and other legal formus against him... Highly unprofessional. Anybody looking for booking flat here or looking at this as option, should think twice.... We have taken the brunt you shd not...
