I BOOKED ONE UNIT IN BRIGADE UTOPIA VARTHUR AND WHEN I BOOKED IT WAS CLEARLY TOLD BY BRIGADE THAT THEY HAVE FIXED PRICE POLICY AND THEY WON’T OFFER ANY DISCOUNT OR ANY GOODIES TO ANY CUSTOMER. I spoke to the customer care today and I felt so bad. There is no direct answer after talking to them. Just lied and I am repenting from my heart. Why did you take a house here .Whilr booking that I was told. that registration will be in June 2023 or might extend to December 2023.Now they are saying it will take 9 months more because they have got RERA extension date. The flat is completely ready, the club house is ready.

Constant construction of interiors in apartments all around leading to severe noise pollution. Not able to sleep or work properly, the noise goes on from 9 am to 6 pm constantly. Having headaches at this point

The location is far from satisfactory. Access routes to important routes like ORR and Whitefield have severe bottlenecks at railway underpass and Varthur market, taking 2-3 hours for a small stretch, that too even during non peak hours. This is when very few people stay there, once more residents move in, it would be worse.

The cost of the apartment has doubled in the last few months despite the infra getting even worse. Even the CDP road project is stalled.

Inside the apartment the land to amenities ratio is very poor with too many apartments cramped for a small set of amenities.

Very poor choice from both investment and staying point of view.

They are very thick skin. they don't consider customer requests. After sales, they behave like they are gods.

No use of communication, All answers come as no only.

No customer-centricity.

Feel like looted, cheated, and help less.

I think Brigade builders are fraudsters. We were promised that the house will be handed over in few months time as it's almost done. Whereas the reality is that it's been already more than a year , still we have not got the house. Now they are telling that they will hand over the house by July 2022. We are paying both emi & rent.

On top of that their quality is so poor. Want to sell my property kindly help .

Do not visit this place.. all they will say is all flats sold , which is impossible.. 8/10 towers .. each tower 26 floors.. and i guess 4 flats in each floor.. 1000 arnd flats and all sold, crap.. Have the flat for yourself and sell it higher price .. Your wish .. but dont adventise them as you are ready to sell . Probably you want ppl to park cars and show off that you guys are in demand !!

I recently bought a flat in Serene. Before buying, I did a good amount of research on the good projects in and around Whitefield and Sarjapur. Brigade Cornerstone Utopia came out to be the best and the most promising one. The landscape, greenery, amenities are the best you can find in any township project. Add to that, the high street shopping and multiplex coming up in the project are icing on the cake.It's a mini city altogether and definitely promises an excellent RoI. It is futuristic and has every modern facility you would expect. Darshan from the sales team did a superb job in explaining the minute details of the project and made my buying experience a pleasurable one.

The only drawback would be the long wait for possession until June 2023 as the excitement to start living in this highly modern and beautiful township makes you impatient.

Update: The flats in serene would be available for possession starting Oct 2021 as per latest official communication, which is around 8 months prior to the initially promised date. If situation stays favourable they will provide the possession even earlier. Couldn't have been more happier.

This is a Myvon structure, no bricks or solid concrete blocks are used here. All regular walls here are reinforced concrete one. This type of structure is most resistant to earthquake & it greatly entertain the ductile behaviour of structure. Structural safety is more in this type of structure.

Brigade cheat customers with low quality construction and they charge very high rate which is not worth. All their projects are delayed by minimum 2-3 years, after registering with RERA as well their Brigade Lakefront project is delayed by 2 years. In all brigade projects you can expect low quality tiles, never ending seepage issues, very low quality plastering, once you make the payment they will never ever address any of the quality issues, they will say this material is standard and they are getting from Malaysia. Do not buy anything from brigade and waste your hard earned money.

NOW BRIGADE IS TELLING THEY WOULD FORFEIT THE WHOLE MONEY WHICH IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.THEY SHOULD REFUND THE WHOLE MONEY AS AM CANCELLING ON UNFAIR POLICY.

It's an ambitious project from a builder which has reputation to successfully deliver really big projects in Bangalore.
