Wrong commitments to the tenants, and very ill and irresponsible behaviour by the representative of ashadeep rainbow. Huge amount on maintenance charges for water tankers.

Very bad behaviour during exit from the society by Ashadeep rainbow representative. During the partial Shifting, they had blocked us on gate and stucked us for hours. We informed them again and again that we are shifting our partial stuff, not evacuating completely. But they had opened gate when they had forced us advance 01 month extra maintenance charge of running month.

The same false commitment was done for villa space while coming. One of the room was kept locked. And when after rent agreement and paying 50% of a monthbrokerage charge we reached there with kids and truck loaded luggage, they said u can do what u want. U can go and find some other place. In such circumstances we had compromised.

We had saw doing the same for many people while leave the society.

What memories we will take.

Please be aware of such fraudulent and do the checks before getting commitments to these societies.

I purchased a villa in Ashadeep Rainbow in September 2020. At the time of purchase Ashadeep Representative saying that you have to submit 1 lakh as maintenance amount for maintaining society for five year but at the end of December 2020 they are sending Bill of Rs 2207/- without any prior information.

Ashadeep group staff's behaviour is very bad with resident they are imposing there own terms and condition with resident.Ashadeep Rainbow...please don't go on the name...its services are pathetic..I m a resident in this society have purchased villa last year it's been only 6 months and I feel highly highly disappointed...

1. The construction quality is 4th grade..in 2 months only we have to get walls tiles etc maintainace work done...that too is not done properly

2. Whole villa is facing the "Dampness" (SEELAN) in all the walls..even in living area where there is no work of water.

3. The tiles in the villa and washrooms are not fixed in symmetry

4. At the time of purchase..the sales representative sugar coated his words that I have to submit 1 Lakh rupees for 5 yrs free maintainance...however just after 2 months of purchase we are receiving maintainace bills without any prior information.

5. The staff and the builder's representatives behaviour is very rude and truly not acceptable

6. Kindly don't go with the name of Ashadeep...coz "Unchi dukan feeke Pakwan"

7. I would have give negative rating....but do not have option to.

8. I would highly recommend please don't buy any property in Ashadeep Builder's project...because they just trap u and make a loot of u.
