The builder’s projects in history have a running reputation for succumbing to minor delays, which makes me cautious. Some reviews also point out that despite the premium tag, certain common areas don’t fully meet luxury expectations. The surrounding lane can get congested, especially on weekends. It looks like you’re paying a premium for the pin code rather than the property. It’s stylish, yes, but you really need to weigh if it’s worth the splurge.

Arkade Aura exudes class from the moment you enter, right from its glass façade to the high-ceiling lobbies. The 3 and 4 BHK units are spacious and finished with genuine attention to detail. I loved the combination of imported fittings, modular kitchens, and the exclusive amenity list. But the "Santacruz West" location tag adds massive lifestyle value with top schools and cafes within walking proximity. Parking and security management are well-organized, too. For me, this offering is the kind of address that truly lives up to its luxury label.
