The unit sizes here are modest; if I’m comparing them to the premium area sizes, I’ll feel tight. The building is still under construction, meaning the possession is projected for later. The area, though improving, still has the subtler trade-offs of suburb life (which means you'll have to commute longer to the core city). I’d personally check the schedule and how the actual space feels before diving in.
