The premium tag means a higher budget, and I’m looking at serious bucks being invested. The larger homes (2/3/4.5 BHK) also demand a bigger commitment. While the density and traffic in a major hub like Santacruz mean you’re still subject to city stress. If I'm moving in, my first check would be if the promised amenities are delivered on time or not. If, like me, you'll too are seeking a low-maintenance, quiet home, then this may be more than needed.
