Really Bad Management, Rude Employees. For Anyone thinking of buying this project I will say only one thing "Don't". If you love your money and peace of mind go someplace else. You will never get a reply from their CRM Bhawna Shanker Singh until they require money from your side. All things will be charged high, their Employees are rude and try to intimidate the customer. follow this link to see the protests from the residence of Amaatra. Living in Amaatra Homes is another kind of hell which I would not wish even on my greatest enemies. Pipeline are bursting regularly and you will surely need to construct a wall or two for the building. Construction is happening all around Amaatra Homes and it will surely be lost in the Middle. You can hear their employees saying you paid 30 lakh for 2 bhk now you want world grade society. This is just a nuisance, builder like Amaatra Homes who employee such employees should be barred from construction.

Hello All, I will like all of you to be extremely CAUTIOUS of this fraud builder Mr. Mukesh Singh and their Lackey Mr. Sumit Yadav. They are absolutely pathetic liars and there project is a sham with such poor quality of construction that you will start having problems after a few days of living start. The cost of possession will increase a lot once you go for possession. These services are so poor and maintenance charges are so high, no body listens to you and there will be a long line of email and calls that will go unanswered. May mr. Mukesh get what he deserves, that is a place in Hell.

I got shifted almost a month ago. Pathetic maintenance service. I wish I could undone my decision but some hoe can do it because of their sugar coated words by mukesh and Sumit Yadav. Don't invest your money here. SBI is better than their customer service. They have more than hour break for their lunch. Then they always busy on the phone. Then they never pick your phone. Always make excuses for laziness. I had to wait for 2 months for fan and one month for router. A SIMPLE WIFI ROUTER. They won't allow anyone else to install wifi in our society. We all have work from home and they dont have router. I have to travel 10 kms to work from friends place and my wife already lost one month salary. But that won't matter to them . They just simply say they cannot do any thing. I wish this review go to ankit Sachdeva and he can take any action.AND PLEASE STOP MAKING FOOL OF A COMMON MAN.

I shifted recently and regret my decision. Extremely poor maintenance with fools bossing around. Zero management . You would see stray dog's roaming around in the park.

  1. Your flat price will increase by atleast 20% during possession. You don't have any option, either give them extra money or nothing. Cross check with people who have got possession.

  2. Expect leakages, wooden flooring coming out, cracks in wall, overall very low grade construction quality. You have to be too lucky to not get one or two walls reconstructed by your own which will be damaged due to leakage in plumbing work.

  3. Cheap builder, earning from post Poccession monolpoly. You can't get broadband connection of your choice, cable connection and all such things.Builder have already decided. Many have paid 10-15k to get cable connection installed.

  4. Most crowded society... Yes crowded.They have construsted 8 towers in too less space. Check google earth, neighbour complex are providing double free space. It will be too crowded once completely occupied.

  5. Highest maintainance charges with no response for even smallest things. Once builder got money, they really don't care who you are.

Conclusion : If you money just to through away, go for it.

One organization you should never get associated with. Extremely unprofessional management. I have atleast over a 100 mails in my outlook and more than 1000 messages on whatsapp where I have sent reminders to them on simple queries but no one from the management replies on time. The only answer they have is " Wait " . I have been waiting for 5 years now with the hope that some day the management will wake up and reply on time and solve for issues in hand but have lost all hopes.

My association with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. Do share your complaints if any here.

The location of this project is good for future settlement. ATS and Mahagun have projects under construction in adjacent to Amaatra.

It is really suitable for those looking for affordable housing in Noida extension.

Hi Guy's.When I moved to Delhi for my Job. I decided to own a house as rent is very heigh in Delhi NCR. I found budget homes in noida extension. I searched a lot an finally found Amaatra Homes. This is at 5th round about on the Noida Extension Road.I think in these days, you dont need to search a sasta wala ghar you need to search a builder who can give you your home on time. I think Amaatra Homes is one of them. There project is delaying by 6-8 months as per commitment done at the time of booking but yes I am confident that they will give possession of my home till diwali 2018.Come to the property plan - Floor plan of this society is very impressive. There are total 10 towers and total 920-950 Flates. This property is on main noida extension road and road width is around 400 fts. There is is a green belt between main road an society of 100ft. Metro is also planned in area. Metro will start by 2022. Nearest metro station from this property is around 7-8 kms. Noida Sector 71.There is a government park of 12 acres adjacent to the society. This will help to breath in natural air.Construction is about to complete like brick work plaster n all but pending on painting and interior work.They have a plan of 18 shops as well in the society.Over all in my view, this construction house is not very good on their commitments but yes definitely this will come in good category.

First and foremost if you have brought a property under subvention plan from Amaatra kindly check with the builder if there is any interest that has been accumulated so far because of delay of payment from the financer. The builder will not tell you about this now but by the time you reach possession they will charge you very a very heavy amount because of this reason.

My case is a clear case of Fraud where I brought this property under 10:80:10 subvention plan where in I paid 10 percent at the time of booking and I was told that till possession I am not supposed to pay EMI or any other amount whatsoever. However to my surprise the builder started asking me to pay an amount of Rs. 2, 50, 000 during the subvention period stating that the property was undervalued by the financer because of which I have to pay the difference amount.

I went into the details of this new development and found out that the builder and the financer have signed an agreement(MOU- Memorandum of understanding) wherein the financer would only fund 80% of the market value of the project and not thee amount at which Amaatra is selling the property because of which a difference amount was raised and I am asked to pay for it.

Since I had brought the property under 10:80:10 plan I refused to pay any amount to the builder during the subvention period as it is beyond the terms and conditions which were laid down during getting into this agreement.

Now I have decided to cancel my unit because of the wrong commitments and the fraudulent means that the builder has chosen to sell the unit and I am asking them to return the money which I have paid them so far. The builder is putting clauses for deducting amount which I have already paid to them.

My simple question here is:

1) If the property was sold at 10:80:10 subvention plan does the builder have the right to ask me for any amount during the subvention period?

2) In a subvention plan there are three parties involved the builder, the buyer and thee financer. If any of the two parties get into an agreement without informing or taking consent of the third party then is the third party liable for any repercussions which arises out of such agreement.

3) When the basis of selling is fraudulent can the builder charge me any penalty when I opt to cancel my booking.

4) A shout out to the buyers of Amaatra please reach out to the builder and find out and take in writing from them If there is any amount of interest that they have charged to you for delay in any payment raised by them. They will not share any details with you now but will heavily charge you at the time of possession. Better safe then sorry.

I am going to file a legal case against Amaatra builder for Harassment and Fraud.

Hello friends, today's review, I tell you about all the people going Builders and Developers have company which is a Fraud whose name Amaatra Group.In this review, I will tell everyone about this Builders and Developers as well as I also tell you that if you wish to do any of your own home the builder then you should not have any contract or your money will be wasted and you may have problems or are very kind.

In this review I'm going to tell all my experience, it is a fraud company. I just moved in Noida town and I thought I am going to make one of your own house and I heard about this company so I went to them and I said I have to make a home and I have to give these people their contract so instead they took me some money as advance and they said we will start your work soon but these days, he said, had put the date of that day did not start any of them and when I asked him if you said you would start functioning from this date, he said we are busy with something else to do your job and we'll start in a few days but as the days passed and he did not do any of this that we are delaying your work will start soon and my money were collected as advance to them and in the end did not do any of these people and if any person is in the company so he can do the same with all our customers by depositing their money in the bank and take the interest of the bank and give the money to you and say that we were very busy, we have no time in which to act, we can not do your work.

Finally, I would like to say to all of you that you do not contract for any company otherwise you will waste your money and your time as well as waste.
