Hey Guys, 2019 OCT, I booked a flat in ' Alpine Vistula -S.No, 139, Whitefield - Hoskote Rd, Sai Gardens, Seegehalli, Krishnarajapura, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560067 'This is becoming nightmarefor me actually for all of us who ever have property there, here are some of the incidents and their bad management things i want to highlighted here so they can't cheat anyone else like they cheated us -

1. In 2019 they promised us that this project will get ready in 2020 itself but even after the covid lockdown got over this is still pending, actually handover date was in 2021 and still we don't have any clarity when it will get ready.

2. They took all the money, more than 90% of it within the 1 year time span or less than that, hard to believe after collecting all the money why they are still not completing the project.

3. Their customer care specialist lady called Amitha & Nazma, they consider themselves as 2nd MD of the company but they seriouslyhave some serious mood swings at the time of collecting money from us, They talk very sweetly, then if we ask for progress on the project they start talking rudely and try to threaten us. Then some times again they started talking very sweetly so they could misguide us from the actual situation.

4. Their site sales manager named Krishna is a big time liar, he is their 10 Y old employee and keeps misleading customers about the actual progress of this project.

5. And most importantly no one is reachable from their Top-managementside, this lady called Amritha & Krishna always try to make some excuses like MD is sick not well so they can avoid direct in person meetings.

Guys, we lost our hopes and money both, it is highly advisable not to buy any flat on any of the sites. All sites have similarissues... People are waiting from 2017 to get this Vistula project complete :(

It is really one of the worst builder with its other management team. Recently I have booked a 2bhk flat in 2019 start and was promised possession in 2020 which was postponed by covid situation but same was understandable thing... But it's really surprising to see no progress since 2019...still no one is responding anything... No one is taking any responsibility to give any genuine date of registration... Crm team will cook many different stories but at the end nothing will happen... I suggest everyone to never ever invest anything over this builder...

Alpine Vistula is a reputated builder but it's not true, They are always given false commitment for Possession since last three year.There is no proper channel to chase query

ALPINE YOU HAVE LOST THE FAITH AND REPUTATION.

It's 6th year running and the construction is still pending. No credible information was given by the builder, no support from RERA even after applying RTI.

Losing hope now.

So the bottom line is

PLEASE DO NOT INVEST IN THE PROJECT NAMED ALPINE VISTULA.

In fact I m never going to invest or suggest to any of my acquaintance about any of ALPINE project.

I too have booked apartment here in Alpine Vistula, and am not hesitant to tell that everything has been going smooth so far.Possession is on Oct 2018, finger-crossed: -) I m living in it's Viva project on rent as of now and have made out that it's one of the budget projectwith most of the amenities provided.Sooner I m going to upload some Vistula's under construction pics( I have an awesome view of it from my rented apartment; -) .Also planning to start a WhatsApp group on the same.Any owner in Vistula if interested to be added or need any helpful information on the same, plz leave a message.Bye!
