When I was in Mumbai I needed an accommodation. I started to search for the most attractive hotels in the area and found this one. There are plenty of such buildings but I liked this building a lot. It seemed to me that I have never faced something like this before. I was in Mumbai for the very first time and I was lucky to rent an apartments here. Everything was clean and it was so pleasant to me to get up and go to sleep in such a great room. I believe all people who once would be in Mumbai should try living in this place. It seems to me that I would never leave this city and this building if I had an opportunity.

This is what happens when you do not build enough amenities to sustain a big society. With so many families living here, all the lifestyle and sports amenities are packed, unless you go in early morning or late night.

I love to work out after office hours but cannot find an empty space inside the gym even though I go after peak hours. The playgrounds are not sufficient for children and they have to go out to play. This society lacks proper planning. While amenities like gyms and swimming pools add great value to living experiences and are a must for community building, the realtor should understand how large they need to be to accommodate everyone.

Building quality is not upto the mark, mostly high quantity of white cement or plaster of paris is used for inner walls and doors.

Society not handed over yet and builder has converted the ONLY PODIUM into parking to gain money. Now only very limited space is on podium, even not much space on ground floor considering so many residences.

In addition, Here the parking floors are always stinking due to dogs loo.

No facility provided yet, no club house, no gym, swimming pool without water.

Maids here have formed gang and security head is always in their favour. There are number of complaints on MYgate app regarding maids, but no one listens. Many had to leave society as they threaten residences.

Many people have sold this property at loss to get rid of this society.

Oasis builder one of the best builder because projet on time and quailty is better than builder . Rates also good comfortable house for family.

I seem it to be very nice.it is surrounded by schools , airports and many hospitals.also this flat has many activities like playing tennis, rock climing, smimming pool and theatres etc.it is a best project area.the main thing is its location.it has a good view .
