Pros :-

1) Best price, 3 BHK with servant room, 3 side open balconies, deal price is apx 88-95 lacs.

2) Every floor has 4 flat and 2 lifts. Many societies in gurgaon has 6 flats on a Floor and used to have 2 lifts but in Winter Hill 77 has 4 flats.

3) Aravli and Highway views is superb along with Raheja revanta (gurgaon longest residential building).

3) Good behave and educated people are living with a healthy environment.

4) Swimming pool, Zym , Billiards, Table tennis are nicely placed in a bigger space in club house.

5) Long tenis is centralised placed and can give a nice view to park/pool facing flats

6) Open air amphitheater where you can enjoy festivities.

7) For kids safety, no vehicle/car is allowed to enter in kids play, walking or garden areas.

8) 2 Bedminton court available

9) cross ventilation in Sociaty and all flats.

10) Narayana E-Techno school(Nursery -11th standard)is just walking distance (apx 300 mtr). Also DPS-84 is just 3.3 km away .

11) Gated community with good security and safety.

12) Sapphire 83 mall is just 2 km, entertainment land is just 1.5 km.

13) Electricity and water supply is available 24/7 and no problem of quality.

14) Construction quality is also best in class.

15) Nice parking for residents and visitors. Visitors parking has nice shade to save your vehicle from direct sunlight.


1 ) Poor road connectivity. Only half road is constructed.

2) No shops for daily needs actively available near society. However vending machine is available for residents with small stock of daily needs.

3) Space available for restaurant but still not active.

4) some slum area with illigal shops are on the way to Sociaty that can make you uncomfortable.

This place has problems like water seepage and leakages. You will not feel like you are living in your own house because there are so many restrictions that the builders place on you. You even have to take permission from the builders to make new furniture in your house by showing them the designs! I mean what!
