How to reach
By Air: Nearest airport: Jolly Grant(239 km from Kedarnath). People can reach by road covering 225 km and the remaining 14 km on foot. Domestic flights are available from this place to several other locations. There are also chopper services available from Rishikesh and Kedarnath.
By Rail: Nearest railway station: Haridwar railway station. Haridwar is well connected to all major cities and towns so people can reach at this place comfortably. The tourists can easily reach Rishikesh by hiring a car from Haridwar railway station.
By Road: Kedarnath is easily reachable from Gaurikund by foot. The place is further connected with the major cities like Chandigarh (387km), Delhi (458km), Rishikesh (223km), Dehradun (221km) and Haridwar (123km). There are bus services from the city to various other cities of the state.

Kedearnath Temple- The temple is one of the Jyotirlingas of India and the main temple of Panch Kedar.
The place also offers vivid greenary with Vasuki Ganga flowing from below.

Vasuki Tal - This lake is situated at an altitude of 4150m above sea level surrounded by Himalayan peaks casting their shadows on the crystal clear water of Vasuki Tal.
Shankaracharya Samadhi - Adi Shankaracharya was a great scholaar and a saint who established four sacred dhams in India and after that he went to his Samadhi at at an early age of 3
Trijuginarayan Temple - It is the holy place where Lorf Shiva married Goddess Parvati.
Trijuginarayan is situated 12 km from Sonprayag.
The immortal flame is still burning around which the marriange of Lord Shiva ad Goddess Parvati were solemnised.
