How to reach
By Air: Nearest airport: Civil Airport Harni(Vadodara Airport). Air India, Jet Airways and Indigo operates direct domestic flights to and from Delhi and Mumbai. The nearest International Airport is Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport, Ahmedabad . It is 100 km away and is served by Air India, Emirates Airlines, Qatar Airways and Singapore Airlines.
By Rail: Nearest railway station: Vadodara Junction Railway Station is well connected to major cities across India by direct train links.
By Road: NH 8 passes through Vadodara.
What to do?

Travel to Sankheda to see the making of lovely laquer coated furniture.
Take ropeway at Manchi on the way to Pavagadh Kalika mandir. It is one of the best rope-ways in the country.
Visit S-Cube Water Park

What to see?

Fatehsingh Museum and Laxmi Vilas Palace - It houses several Raja Ravi Verma originals - the royal family of Baroda has a notable collection of his works. Apart from these, there are many art works of masters collected and commissioned by Maharaja Sayajirao.
EME Temple - built by the Military and one can enjoy a pleasant hour in its premises.
Pavagadh-Champaner - UNESCO World Heritage Site, it was islamic buildings executed by Hindu and Jain workmen.
Pavagadh Kalika mandir -It is a Hindu goddess temple complex and pilgrim centre at the summit of Pavagadh Hill in Panchmahal district, India, within the Champaner-Pavagadh Archaeological Park. It dates from the 10th or 11th centuries.
Tribal Academy at Tejgarh.
