If you look at the nutritional info on the back of the packet, it has lots of calories from fat and it isn't a light snack either. almost 500 cal...close to a lunch or a dinner. Also, there's something in there(forget the name now) that isn't recommended for the kids. So all quicky-meals-moms...g...o easy on it.Read More
