Dont buy any product of Vu . They are charging huge money for accessories like remotes and spares. Initially they spare substandard remote and then force us to buy remote for Rs.1500/ 2000 etc. I bought Vu32 inch some 6 years back and the remote got nonworking in 6 months, they asked for 1500rs for remote. Again the same issue for the 40inch tv purchased a year back. They are asking for huge money for remote. I dont understand why they are selling such substandard remotes. Remotes of 20 year old TV and AC is still working and Vu publish themselves as quality products and sell useless items. BEWARE OF THIS BRAND. DONT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS. The experience is with many who purchased Vu Televisions. CHEATERS.
