This project is a complete hog wash and been completely mismanaged.


Do not invest your hard earned money in this


SRA project. All home buyers who invested money in the free sale flats of this project have been left in the lurch by SRA since the builder Radius Developers has been removed as a developer of this project without the consent and knowledge of the existing home buyers.


This project has now been taken over by Chandak Builders.


This project is jinxed and hence would recommend home buyers to stay away from this project.

Do not invest your hard earned money in this SRA project or for that matter any SRA projects . If you invest your money in the free sale flats of any SRA project and in case of change of builder, you may lose your money as we have been left in the lurch by SRA since the builder Radius Developers has been removed as a developer of this project without the consent and knowledge of the existing home buyers. This project has now been taken over by Chandak Builders. This project is jinxed and hence would recommend home buyers to stay away from this project irrespective of the builder.

I too had booked a flat in Anasultanntya in 2016. My agreement got registered in 2018. Since there is no progress on the project and apparently no one willing to buy.


Looking for like minded people to fight it together.
