I booked a 1 BHK flat with VTP Realty in December 2020, with an agreed possession date of April 2023. Even after a MAHA RERA-approved extension till April 2024, its now May 2025 and I still havent received possession of my flat in Tower 9.

Whats worse is the complete lack of communication and transparency from their CRM team. Assigned CRM officers like Mr. Dipak Gaidhankar and his replacement Mr. Ram Nilvarn have not answered a single call or message despite multiple follow-ups. I was passed around from person to person, given false updates, and made to wait endlessly.

Due to their gross delay, I also lost my PMAY subsidy of ₹;2.5 lakh, which was entirely their fault. I paid all my dues on time, but they didnt deliver on their side, causing me financial loss and emotional stress. Even the compensation calculation shared by them was misleading and claimed Im not owed anythingwhich is absurd under RERA guidelines.

VTP Realty may talk big about their brand, but their ground reality is unprofessional, insensitive, and irresponsible. Theyve breached the agreement, ignored the law, and failed their customer.

I do not recommend VTP Realty to anyone. Think twice before investing your hard-earned money with them.

The progress is too slow and the possession is delayed by 2 years. They keep extending the deadline and just give you excuses. Also, they dont allow u to visit the site ever, once u purchased the property.

1. I had give token for R10, and cancelled as I don't want to go with it. As promised while booking, there cancellation process is not smooth.

2. Fisrt after repatative follow up they gave cheque which was bounce due to invalid signature.

3. After Returning that invalid cheque, they haven't reissued another cheque even after 1month. On enquing they are fingure pointing among themselves.

4. Now when I want to escalate the issue, they do not have any customer care service. Only the have sales services.

5. They are not allowing to reach out to their higher officials to escalate the issue.

This is very pathetic service and I am thinking of apporching consumer court for the same. If anyone has any input or advice, please let me know.

I just want to share my experience with VTP. This is one of the most unprofessional and unethical builder I have seen in my life. They have taken the deposit of Rs 1, 08, 000 and promised for project launch with in 5days. It been more then month from now they neither have launched the project now they are refunding my amount. Every day they are giving new dates, they are behaving like thieves. This builder not even deserve half star.

I made mistake by booking there, but cancelled it in 3-4 days. after knowing following fact:

• They says its uppar-Kharadi, but its Manjari Gaon

• Approach road seems seems to be too small.

• Check possession date in rera site, don't believe on them, there was 3 years difference between actual rera date and date they told me while booking. Thank god, I got it cancelled.

Also cancellation charge are too high with this builder.

It’s been 45 days I am waiting for my token refund.

They have troubled me a lot. They are most unprofessional people that I have come across.

Do not book your apartment here.

Writing here hoping somebody might help me get my money back.

Lifeline hospital just 5km away,

Columbia asia 6km away, relaence Mart and AirPort is Near facilitiesare Near you having Best Connectivity from Wagholi Nagar Road and manjari.

Worst builder in Pune. Not give possession on time. Customer support and CRM are non-professional, Not linked with the sales team and CRM, Both are saying different things regarding the project. MGMT is also not supportive. specially CEO sachine Bhandari. They are only focus on Marketing And launched the project without taking RERA no from RERA. VTP MGMT give money to RERA and politicians fro extend the possession Date, and customers suffered a lot of problems. Please stay away from VTP Project. I bought a Project on VTP pegasus in Dec 2019 and they told me that we give possession on DEC 2020 but still didn't get possession and every time they failed on the promised date.

We were started the search for our first ever home in Pune , so obviously lots of expectations and budget plan was there.

When we come across to VTP Pegasus project it was simply amazing. The sales person Mr. Shushant was so supportive and answered all our queries. The sales team is so supportive in all aspects. If anyone wants to invest in this please go ahead , you will definitely get most of the best lifestyle in this township as its in nearby kharadi Pune.

Maximum Livable Area concept homes makes ur home more spacious. Room sizes in620 sq.ft. 2BHK seems bigger than that of 740 Sq.Ft.of nearby projects. also they are providing premium facilities with the flat(not giving just a raw flat). A project one must visit before listening to bullshit people keep posting paid review on various sites. First visit then believe. Most of the negative comments are through paid services and financed by Competitors who themselves don't give transparent information
