Vardhman homes are good constructed and I lived in one of those house it was superb finishing on him.

And their flats was awsom I have also a flat and I try to buy their new house beacuse I love their styles and constructed I also suggest you its better for everyone

I live in 2BHK Flat which comes under Vardhaman Builder construction in Palghar District(30 km away from Virar).

We have Purchased our Flat from Vardhaman Builders when the construction of the building was getting ready 7 years ago .We Brought the Flat in Quite a cheap Rate .

There are couple of Vardhaman Projects going in neareby localities But the prices are too high.

The plastering of the walls in the society is not properly managed, There is also water leakage from the roofs.

The Security System in our building has been poor, there are many theift issues, there was one or two robberies in flats, and lost of cycle is also common case.

The maintenance of builder is also very high, parking facilities are available but no lift facilities.! *

Vardhaman builders have built Vardhaman Homes at Gawand Baug, Pokhran road Thane where affordable homes are available for all type of buyers, the specialty of this place is that this whole complex is built close to the foot of the Yeoor Hills & is far away from the usual hustle & bustle of the city. You cannot miss the famous Upavan Lake which is just next to Gawand baug a good place to come for morning walks or simply chilling out with friends.

This place is at its best during monsoon season when the clouds begin to settle on the mountains around. You would get all types of flats available for sale here ranging from 1bhk, 1.5bhk, 2bhk & 3bhk with basic fittings provided by the builder, ample car/bike parking space & play area (Parks) for children too. There are schools, hospitals that are very close by & that makes this place self sufficient. I am very happy staying here for the last 3 years so far & don’t plan to shift anytime soon.

My review is on Vardhamaan Developers, Kalewadi, Pimpri, Pune. The Builder’s name is Prakash Chajjed.

One of the most arrogant man, always speaking loudly, very professional cheater (Builder).

When we went to book a flat @ his project Vardamaan Bhoomi, Kalewadi, Pimpri, he talked very sweetly & showed us very good brochure about the project. Also promised us various things. When we booked the flat then the whole drama started, immediately after booking we were forced to go ahead with the agreement within 15 days & also he didn’t give any receipt of the payment of agreement value. He demanded it in Cash. We signed the agreement papers without reading them (his was our biggest mistake).

Then when we read the agreement carefully, it didn’t have the possession date; also there were various clauses which were in favor of him. As we had applied for a loan from SBI, it took a little extra time for getting the amount disbursed. He had given us 45 days from the date of agreement for disbursement. But it took us about 2.5 months for the amount to disburse. So after disbursal of almost 90% amount to him he didn’t give us the possession & was asking for the remaining 10% amount, then only he will give possession. Actually as per the rule when he will hand over the keys then only we are required to make the remaining payment. Still we paid him the amount so as we can get the possession.

He handed over the flat to us. He also charged us for the Solar System which was made compulsory by PCMC to him. That amount also he demanded us in cash. He promised us possession letter in Nov 2012 & completion certificate, but still we have not received it. So as per the law we are staying illegally as while handing over the flat keys he has taken a signed letter from us which had written that he is handing over the flat for furniture purpose.

Any ways this was our experience of the builder. He has also two new projects going on named Vardhaman Heights II & Vardhaman Vatika. So prospective buyers beware of this builder.
