They are big liars, insensitive people in the management.

We have booked three shops in the project at Kharbao, bhiwandi, the in 2013.

As of today, there is no construction work, the company changed their name to Dhanlaxmi Builders.

We have submitted the cancellation form two years back but have not received a single penny till date.

We have called them and visited their office to explain our financial condition, but they are very insensitive.

We have invested around 3 lakhs of hard earned money and feel very helpless.

Tirupati balaji Group are one of the best construction company.my own experience balaji group gives good construction services with perfection balaji are also the most popular company in mumbai they have good equipment with a great staff they provide a good customer satisfaction.and also best finishing by the best skilled workers the plumbing system are also very good and good electronic department.

I am writing this review to help other people to don't get trap in this builder project. 2 year before I have booked flat in this builder Balaji arcade new panvel project. On the time of booking he convinced me that currently he don't cidco permission but within 2-3 month he will defenatly get permission and we will agreement. I have given 20% booking amount because he offered me 3300/- rate psft. After that followup for 3 months he given same reason as permission not yet given from cidco. I followed more than 18 months, the again and again same reason given to me. They even don't started constrution on site. But I have analyse they are promoting they are project 100% title clear and they taken booking till phase4 whereas phase 1 even not started. They also started other project also and giving ad in paper. Then I have felt this trap and I have cancelled flat and taken all money from builder. I have just came to know, Trupati Balaji Builcon pvt is associated with Trupati balaji group on which fraud case was registerd in khandeshwar police station. The fraud was in crores ruppess, you will find news tv video on youtube also. Now Trupati balaji builcon separted from trupati group and they changed there name as Shree Builcon pvt. They still don't have any permission basically they are using your money as finance for project. So my humble sugestion to all home buyer do not trap in this builder project.

I had booked a flat for my son on 9th Dec- 2012 through Tirupati Balaji Builders & Developers Pvt. Ltd. for their project ”Balaji Kalash” in ph-3 by paying 10% booking amount as asked.

This was to be completed within a period of 2 yrs and possession promised during June/July 2015. I had been regularly visiting the site at Adai as well as their office but till last month neither the work has been started nor promises fulfilled by the builder on starting the construction work.

I want to bring your attention to the increasing frauds in real state in Panvel( navi mumbai).

I  had booked a 2bhk flat in march 2013 in an under construction project launched by Tirupati Balaji Builders & Developers Pvt. Ltd.(new panvel), H.O. Office No.243/244, Laxmi Plaza, Laxmi Indi. Estate, Near City Mall, Andheri(W), Mumbai-400058.

Sir It has been 3 years of struggling & fighting with the builder but neither the builder has started the work nor he is refunding the booking amount.

At-least 2000 customers( booking of around 100 Cr done) like me daily reach their office & fight for their hard money but after giving false promises finally all the employee of TBG has run away .No one responds to our calls/messages & mails.
