I feel happy to invest in Sushma’s project- Crescent. The CRM team has helped me a lot to clarify all my doubts with keeping a transparency. One of my friend booked a flat at one if its other project where we saw the construction post covid had got pace & was in speedy way.Overall good impression of the builder.

Sushma Buildtech is a renowned name in Chandigarh. I have a good experience! They have delivered so many unique residential and commercial projects to date. Many new projects too are being launched by them and they have something for every category of people(middle-class and wealthy people). I have booked an apartment with them and am very happy and excited about it. In fact, now I am thinking to buy a holiday home in Kasauli too!

So, post the lockdown, I visited my friend in Chandigarh where he is residing in Sushma Joynest. Found the property peaceful, calm surrounded with greens. I found the apartment cosy & every corner is utilised well with good quality construction.

Then, planned a site visit at one of its ongoing project. The construction seemed to be speedy, my friend said as he visited it earlier. Quality & on-time delivery matters. So I found it good.

But observed a bit less space in the parking area. Rest it is ok.

I have invested recently in Sushma Crescent. I must say, unlike the other builders, Sushma is one such developer that keeps on updating about their projects, new innovations happening, developments, etc. Well, I am one of those customers who have good experience in terms of their service. I am now again investing in one of their commercial projects on PR 7 airport road. I highly recommend to invest.

The entire leasimg team of Sushma is the best in the entire Tricity. The way they have facilities during Covid time is excellent. They have progressed a lot in construction of the projects as compared to post the lockdown. Also, one issue I found was the parking space at the office.

I have been a resident if sushma elite fir many years now.I would like to review them.This covid period was very bad for all of us.

How to maintain hygiene in the society, premises, its Compound, the stairs, lifts etc. Was a major concern. The management team of sushma had impressively taken stpes assuring all the hygiene is maintained well.I feel satisfied & contented.

Recently, booked an office space in one of its prime business destinations in Chandigarh. Sushma Metropol is an exciting project which has a skywalk & offices in it. One of its kind project in Chandigarh, the builder is developing a great project & commercial destination. the CRM team is very polite & helpful. I am impressed with their services.

I recently booked a space at Sushma Pristine. I have a coworking business space. The good thing about this business centre is that Sushma Builders have an architecture which gives an optimum ample of light at every corners. The parking becomes at times an issue but here it has been very smooth & spacious double basement parking. Also the provision for electric charging has been taken care of. The elevators are smart & faster. Most importantly the location matters a lot. With having a wide frontage on airport road PR-7, it is close to IT park & other important hubs.
