Hi all im sharing my experience I went to silpa builders office with my friend to develop land.they are charging more than the value means product implementation rate is very high and comes to their own ventures land, I was asked their own ventures house price they said more value in my opinion their ventures are all out of city land value is also very low but their high product rate made me disappoint so that I dont like this builders
