The maintenance fee is very high here without any reason because they do not take care of the amenities and facilities here at all.

High brokerage charges

Brokerage charges are constantly seen rising in this area with many of the projects been not facilitated yet under construction. This needs to be taken care of so as to faciliatate growth and bring actions into reality so that many potential buyers can show keen interest.

Running behind schedule

There are many residential units which lag and possibly are out of schedule in terms of project completion and final possession to the developers. When the investors gain keen insights on the same, it is difficult to gain credibility of a good return on their respective investments.
