Even after charging huge money by breaking all their verbal promises and asking for EMI twice in one month, delivering the project late, enjoying interest on free money, charging huge legal charges, for Khata transfer and all they are asking individuals to pay the money to Agent, Is this not the builder job to complete all handovers, The are big cheaters in all respect please don't go with Salarpurai there the only intention is to cheat there customer and make money

They are asking the owner to pay the property tax even if the property is not registered on your name, Ideally, you should pay property tax from property on your name and builder should pay the tax till its not registerd

they are forcing you to take possession without OC which is illegal

Salarpuria sattva is a cheater and they will cheat there cusotmer from all ends, they will ask you to sign a huge document which is very hard to go line by line they will not provide you even draft copy of it and then in name of an agreement they are looting and cheating there customer
