The maintenance charges are expected to be steep, and for many, that’ll be a dealbreaker. Their sales staff seemed too pushy; instead of giving me clarity, they focused more on closing the deal. Unless you’re fine paying a premium purely for postcode prestige, this one’s hard to justify logically.

It's 50 floor building with good solid construction and good quality of lifts. I am impressed with the floor plan and worth buying a property in this building. Builder has provided 2 parking per flatwhich is the need of today. All the flats in this building are sold. I am one of the flat owner in this building purchased in resale. We brought an apartment at Runwal Eirene Thane, its the perfect society for my family as my kids are secured while playing.

1)They don't know about original flats configuration.

2)They don't know about scheme or real value of voucher.

3)They don't know how to treat customer after sales.
