So we booked and due to some reasons had to cancel the very next day but even after begging to refund they havent returned our money yet. My dad have gone to their office endless times but they havent paid us back the refund amount of 51k. Its more than 2 YEARS NOW !! Biggest fraud Puranik is

Flats are affordabel and offer good designs and many facilities, like a clubhouse, swimming pool, and meditation zone. Area has good security and walking tracks. Has all modern comforts.

I saw flats of these projects; they are all well-planned and have large rooms. It has many amenities, and location is also good and also allows easy access to hospitals and malls. I inquired about the price; it sounds fair to me as per what they offer.

Project has many facilities, like a swimming pool and open green areas. Air is fresh, and the environment around is peaceful. It is well connected to the highway. To experience living in a calm and natural setting. I recommend this property

Spacious and peaceful. Apartments have good build quality and are well maintained. Project is near Thane Ghodbunder Road. Would love to get both of nature and city life.

Last year my wife and I were looking for 1 BHK fresh construction. Her office friend told her about Puraniks Abitante Fiore as she too had invested in it. We just gave it a try and firstly loved the location, construction quality, interiors, and sight. Everything is very close. No long commute needed for small things. On the plus side, amenities are also decent.

I have booked a 2 BHK at Grand Central Puranik Builders just as an investment. I already own two flats at other locations but still invested here because of the project location and attractive amenities.

We were initially considering a different project nearby, but when we visited the Puraniks site, the planned amenities were far better at the same rate. They are giving clubhouse, swimming pool, play area and open spaces.

Villas are beautifully designed, spacious and good privacy also. Sometimes I work from there too. It is so relaxing, quiet and you can literally hear birds in the morning.

Dear buyer I was stucked after purchase the property in Puranik fiore bavdhan, As per the agreement June 23 is possession Date with one year extension period means June 24 .Now they are refused to give the compensation, CRM team not responding. Also how many extension they have taken from rera , they are not going to open on it. After check on rera site possession shown on June 26. So I request to all the buyer think before choose puraniks . I stucked to home loan with living now in rented property . So almost 50k am paying.

Don’t fell in trap or FOMO booking. Token amount not refunded in case of cancellation also if informed immediately,

They don’t give refund if you cancel the booking. They talk sweetly initially and you get trapped.

Sales team don’t let you know about cancellation intentionally.

In my opinion please think twice before booking any property from Puranik. They have my money on the name of deposit and not return back yet after cancellation. False commitments on final amount led to the cancellation of deal. As we all earn income after a lot of efforts please check before pay any single rupee to puranik

Possession date mentioned in agreement was Jun 2021. Today's date Nov 2022 and still flat is not delivered yet. Such a bad experience.

Puraniks Unicorn Thane Project is not trustable. They have blocked my

Rs.1 Lac which I had given as booking amount. They made false commitments of loan. But they didn't sanction loan from there bank and forfeited booking amount and said sabka amount refund nahi hota jo booking cancel karte he. So don't trust on Puraniks Builder Project at all. Don't go to their sales office. 1 star dene ke bhi layak nahi he ye builder.

Very bad construction quality.Non functioning stp water treatment plants..Before bookings they mentioned to people that it's a gated community but in reality a public road passes right through the scattered puranik township...The chidren play area is not fenced or without any boundary wall and is just next to the public road. .so pathetic.

Very bad experience with sales team.

They gives false commitments while taking token amount, can't give any single minute time to read the form before signing a form. Once we sign the form and later we moved to another project then they never give the token amount refund giving reason that the amount is non refundable you have already signed the form.

Buyers don't go for Puranik's projects they are making fool to most of the customers. Even Maharera authority can't do anything... they all are liers...

BUYERS LITERALLY IF THEY GIVE A FREE FLAT THEN ALSO DON'T GO WITH PURANIK'S PROJECTS..??

I have given advance amount of Rs. 27000/- But still Date I have not received it back. Many times I contacted to your Marketing person. Mr. Nilesh Waikar. Still I have not received any positive response. Not happy with Puranik Customer service.
