Lake Rivera Powai Project launched since 2012-13, I have booked flat in this Project in 2021 post Covid with a commitment as per RERA in June23, same mentioned in my agreement. But without any information they took extension till Dec24, further last month they took extension till June 2025.which is not updated on RERA website but we got documents from online.
They have cheated their investors/ buyers in Bangalore Water front as well. Once you paid them they will use complete legal power against you. Will never reply any emails to the extent that they don't attend RERA hearings also.
They promised all kinds of amenities but in actual they changed all the plans and may not give any of the promised amenities.
They said its a premium residence but actual height of under construction units is <9ft, you can jump and touch the celling easily.
They are roadside people with big talks and names.
Decision is yours as money is yours.
